Otunba, Hon. Bamikole Ayo Dare has extended a warm regard to Hon. Yakubu Siyaka Adabenege (Fancy) on the auspicious occasion of his birthday. Otunba who is the Senior Special Assistant (SSA) to the Executive Governor of Kogi state on Grassroot Mobilisation, described Hon. Yakubu as a progressive leader who has sacrificed a lot for the growth and development of Kogi state.
