The Deputy National Publicity Secretary of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Hon. Durosinmi Meseko, has expressed deep shock and sadness over the sudden demise of Hon. Oyewole Mayowa Solomon, the APC Chairman of Ijumu Local Government Area.
Reacting to the news, Hon. Meseko described the late party chairman as a loyal, committed, and dependable stalwart whose dedication to the growth and unity of the APC remained unwavering. Beyond politics, he noted that the deceased was a cherished brother and a longtime, trusted friend whose presence will be sorely missed.
Hon. Meseko extended his heartfelt condolences to the immediate family of the late Hon. Mayowa Solomon, as well as to party members across the Ijumu Local Government Area and the Kogi State chapter of the APC.
He prayed for the peaceful repose of the soul of the departed and asked God to grant the bereaved family, friends, and political associates the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.
