The Bank-Andrew Grassroots Political Movement has congratulated its Convener, Hon. Bank-Andrew Omonisaye, on his appointment as Special Adviser on Special Interest Groups to the Executive Governor of Kogi State, Alh. Ahmed Usman Ododo.
In a statement signed by the Movement’s Team Leader, Comrade Emmanuel Oluyomi, the group described the appointment as well-deserved and a clear recognition of Hon. Bank-Andrew’s dedication to service, grassroots mobilization, and commitment to the development of Kogi State.
According to the statement, Hon. Bank-Andrew, who previously served as Local Government Special Assistant to the Executive Governor and was also a House of Assembly aspirant in the just concluded Kabba/Bunu Constituency 1 primary election, has over the years demonstrated a strong passion for political engagement, alliance building, and connecting with the people at the grassroots.
“As a respected voice in the political space, Hon. Bank-Andrew’s leadership qualities and political sagacity will no doubt strengthen and advance Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo’s New Direction Consolidation Agenda,” the statement read.
“With his wealth of experience, strategic thinking, energy, and deep grasp of governance, he is well positioned to promote unity and contribute meaningfully to the continued success of the present administration.”
The Movement further pledged its total support for Hon. Bank-Andrew as he assumes office.
“As he begins this new assignment, we in the Bank-Andrew Grassroots Political Movement assure him of our unflinching support and confidence in his capacity to deliver on the mandate of this office,” Comrade Oluyomi stated.
The group also commended Governor Ododo for finding Hon. Bank-Andrew worthy to serve as Special Adviser on Special Interest Groups, noting that the appointment reflects the Governor’s commitment to inclusive governance and to rewarding loyalty and competence.
“We are confident that the Ododo-led administration will continue to bring positive transformation to our dear state,” the statement added.
The Movement concluded by praying for God’s guidance and success for Hon. Bank-Andrew in his new role, and wished him achievements that will bring pride to the people of Kogi State.
