The Kogi State Chapter of the Renewed Hope Ambassadors (RHA) has formally welcomed Nigeria’s First Lady, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, CON, to the Confluence State, describing her visit as a landmark moment that reinforces the federal government’s commitment to the state’s development.
The visit is being led on the ground by the RHA Kogi State Coordinator, Hon. Abdelaziz Idris King, who said the occasion underscores the strong bond and goodwill between the First Lady, the administration of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, and the people of Kogi State.
During her time in the state, the First Lady is expected to undertake three major activities: Flag off and inspect the National Community Food Bank Project for the North Central Zone, Commission the newly constructed Kogi State Treasury House, and Launch the Women Empowerment Scheme

According to the RHA Kogi chapter, these initiatives are directly aligned with President Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda and reflect the ongoing developmental efforts of Kogi State Governor, His Excellency Ahmed Usman Ododo.
In its welcome message, the RHA Kogi chapter used the occasion to reaffirm its backing for the re-election bids of both President Tinubu and Governor Ododo, framing the First Lady’s visit as evidence of sustained federal attention to the state.
“As we receive Her Excellency, the Renewed Hope Ambassadors in Kogi State reaffirm our unwavering support for the re-election bid of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo,” the group said in a statement signed by Hon. Abdelaziz Idris King.
The chapter extended a formal welcome to the First Lady and her entourage as they arrived in Kogi State for the scheduled engagements.
