The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has officially presented the Certificate of Return to Hon. Abdulkadir Ibrahim as the party’s duly elected House of Representatives candidate for Lokoja-Kogi Federal Constituency for the 2027 general elections.
The presentation ceremony took place today at the PDP National Headquarters in Abuja on Wednesday.
Speaking shortly after receiving the Certificate of Return, Hon. Abdulkadir Ibrahim reaffirmed his unwavering commitment to the Rebirth Agenda—a visionary framework aimed at revitalizing the Lokoja-Kogi Federal Constituency through inclusive governance, infrastructural development, and grassroots empowerment.
“This Certificate of Return is not just a political document; it is a covenant with the good people of Lokoja-Kogi Federal Constituency. I am deeply honoured by the trust the PDP and our constituents have reposed in me. My mission is clear: to ensure that the dividends of democracy are delivered directly to the doorsteps of every community, every family, and every individual in our constituency,” Hon. Abdulkadir declared.
Hon. Abdulkadir Ibrahim, who has been described as a candidate deeply connected to the grassroots, noted that his campaign is anchored on the Rebirth Agenda, which prioritises youth empowerment, women’s inclusion, quality representation, and the attraction of developmental projects to the constituency.
“The time for mere promises is over. The people of Lokoja-Kogi Federal Constituency deserve a representative who understands their struggles and is ready to work tirelessly to bring about tangible change. I am that representative, and together, we will birth a new era of progress and prosperity,” he concluded.
