The leadership and coordinators of the Ajaokuta City Boy Movement have rolled out glowing tributes to Pharm. Ojeje Amin Onimisi following his appointment as the National Director of Medical Services of the movement, describing the development as a strategic decision that reflects competence, loyalty, and grassroots relevance.

In a joint statement endorsed by the fourteen ward coordinators across Ajaokuta Local Government Area of Kogi State, the movement stated that the appointment did not come as a surprise considering Pharm. Ojeje’s longstanding commitment to humanitarian service, youth mobilization, and political engagement within and beyond the state.

Speaking on behalf of the ward coordinators and the Ajaokuta LGA executive structure, the Local Government Coordinator, Comrade Bello Onimisi Abdulhameed (Ivavah), described Pharm. Ojeje as “one of the finest products of grassroots political activism and service delivery,” noting that his elevation to the national stage is a clear reward for consistency, sacrifice, and dedication to progressive ideals.

He recalled that during the 2023 general elections, Pharm. Ojeje played a frontline role as one of the arrowheads of the campaign medical outreach team, coordinating and delivering free medical services across several states as part of the broader grassroots mobilization strategy that strengthened the movement’s connection with the people.

According to the statement, his ability to combine professionalism with political loyalty has distinguished him among his peers, making him eminently qualified for the sensitive national assignment.

The movement further commended Seyi Tinubu and other national leaders of the City Boy Movement for identifying and rewarding committed young leaders who have continued to contribute meaningfully to the growth and expansion of the movement across the country.

The coordinators expressed confidence that Pharm. Ojeje’s appointment would further reposition the movement’s medical and humanitarian outreach architecture ahead of future political engagements, while reaffirming their total support and loyalty to the national leadership.

They also assured the newly appointed National Director of maximum cooperation from the Ajaokuta structure, stressing that the movement remains united, focused, and prepared to consolidate on its growing political influence at the grassroots.
