The Vice-Chancellor of Prince Abubakar Audu University, Anyigba, Professor Salisu Ogbo Usman, has extended warm congratulations to a former Governor of Kogi state, Alhaji Yahaya Adoza Bello, on his appointment as a member of the Finance Committee for the 2026 All Progressives Congress (APC) National Convention.
In a statement on Thursday, Professor Usman described the appointment as well deserved, noting that it serves as a clear testament to the former Governor’s exemplary leadership, proven administrative competence, and unwavering commitment to the ideals and advancement of the party, as well as national development.
He stated further that the appointment reflects the immense confidence reposed in Alhaji Yahaya Bello’s experience, capacity, and dedication to service at the highest levels of leadership.
The Vice-Chancellor expressed confidence that the former Governor’s wealth of experience, strategic insight, and strong sense of responsibility will contribute meaningfully to the successful planning and execution of the forthcoming National Convention.
Professor Usman also wished him continued success, sound health, and greater accomplishments in service to the nation and humanity.
