The North Central Youths Support Group for Tinubu 2027 has officially announced its formation and forthcoming public inauguration, marking a major milestone in youth-driven political mobilization across Nigeria’s North Central region. The movement is aimed at strengthening grassroots support for President Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s leadership while promoting unity, national development, and inclusive governance.
At the center of the group’s leadership structure is Hon. Hassan Omale Atayoma, who serves as the Chairman of the Board of Trustees. His appointment has been widely welcomed by stakeholders as a strategic step that adds credibility, experience, and institutional stability to the organization.
A former Member of the House of Representatives, Hon. Hassan Omale brings extensive legislative experience and deep knowledge of national policy development to the group. His background in lawmaking and constituency representation is expected to guide the organization’s strategic direction and strengthen its engagement with government institutions.
Beyond his legislative record, Hon. Hassan Omale currently serves as the Executive Director of the Lower Niger River Basin Development Authority, where he oversees major development initiatives focused on water resource management, agricultural support, and infrastructure expansion. His leadership in public administration is expected to enhance the group’s operational effectiveness, ensure transparency, and strengthen partnerships with development stakeholders across the region.
Also playing a key advisory role in the organization is Comrade Isa Daniel (Prof), who has been appointed as the Advisor to the group. Isa Daniel is presently the Deputy Director of Organising at the APC National Secretariat, a position that places him at the forefront of national party coordination, grassroots mobilization, and political strategy. His expertise in political organization and campaign management is expected to significantly strengthen the group’s mobilization framework and ensure alignment with the broader objectives of the All Progressives Congress.
The group also enjoys strong political backing from national leaders, including Hon Abiodun James Faleke, who serves as the Grand Patron of the movement. His involvement brings added political guidance, mentorship, and national visibility to the initiative. President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and leader of the APC, remains the central inspiration behind the group’s mission to consolidate governance reforms and expand youth participation in nation-building.
Leading the operational activities of the organization is the Director-General, Comrade Abdullahi Muhammed Jemilu, who is spearheading youth mobilization efforts across the North Central states. His leadership focuses on building strong grassroots structures, expanding community outreach programs, and empowering young people to actively participate in democratic processes.
The official launching, inauguration, press briefing, and awards ceremony of the North Central Youths Support Group for Tinubu 2027 is scheduled to hold on February 14, 2026, at 10:00am, at the Tinubu Support Group Office, No. 2 Kainji Crescent, Off Lake Chad Crescent, Maitama, Abuja.
