King Solomon Foundation Donates One Million Naira to Iyara Anglican Church, Nursing School

In a significant display of humanitarianism and philanthropy, Hon. Solomon Olowonawu, CEO of King Solomon Foundation, has donated a total of 1 million Naira to support the Anglican Church Iyara and the Anglican School of Nursing in Ogidi, Kogi State.

The donation was made during a visit to the Anglican Diocese of Iyara, where Hon. Olowonawu accompanied Senator Smart Adeyemi to a thanksgiving service marking the burial of his mother.

The ceremony was attended by prominent community leaders and members of the Anglican Church.

Hon. Olowonawu made a transfer of 500,000 Naira to the Anglican Church Iyara, and another 500,000 Naira to support the construction of the Anglican School of Nursing. The donations were received with gratitude by the church authorities, who praised Hon. Olowonawu for his kindness and generosity.

Speaking on the donation, Hon. Olowonawu expressed his readiness to supporting the less privileged and promoting education.

“Giving back to the community is a responsibility we all must take seriously,” he said. “I am happy to support the Anglican Church and the School of Nursing, and I hope this donation will inspire others to do the same.”

The Anglican School of Nursing is a much-needed institution in the community, and the donation is expected to go a long way in supporting its development.

The school provides training and education to nursing students, and is expected to improve healthcare services in the area.

The people of Iyara and Ijumu local government have praised King Solomon’s philanthropic efforts, noting his dedication to helping those in need.

“Hon. Olowonawu is a true son of the soil, and his generosity is a reflection of his love for the community,” said Hon. Taiye Ikupeleye. “We are grateful for his support and hope that others will follow his example.”
