In every nation’s political evolution, there comes a time when leadership faces resistance, not because it is failing, but precisely because it is succeeding.

This is the reality Nigeria faces today under President Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu. While the President works tirelessly to rebuild the economy, cleanse the system, revive key industries, and reposition Nigeria for sustainable growth, the loudest critics respond with nothing but noise, negativity, and recycled complaints.

They criticize everything but propose nothing.
They condemn every policy but offer no alternatives.
They attack every reform but initiate no solutions.

Yet a closer look reveals one undeniable truth: President Tinubu’s efforts are bold, deliberate, and anchored in long term national interest, not political convenience.

From stabilizing the exchange rate to reviving the steel sector; from the Lagos–Calabar Coastal Highway to renewed energy reforms; from groundbreaking defence industrial partnerships to the unprecedented decentralization of economic opportunities across the states, he is making decisions that past administrations avoided.

Leadership is not about pleasing everyone; it’s about doing what the nation needs, even if it is uncomfortable.
But the critics ? They specialize in politics of complaint without thought. They shout, insult, oppose, and dramatize, yet fail to present a single workable alternative to the policies they attack.

They complain about subsidy removal, but cannot explain how Nigeria should fund hospitals, roads, power, rail, and a stable economy without it.
They criticize exchange rate unification, yet cannot advise Nigerians how to build a strong, transparent monetary system while maintaining corrupt multiple exchange windows.
They attack infrastructure projects, but cannot name a single serious nation that developed without roads, rails, and industrial corridors.

The irony is painful: those who destroyed Nigeria’s economy yesterday now claim to be its saviors today.
Those who never created solutions in their political lives now insult a government delivering reform after reform.

The facts are clear,
President Tinubu is working.
Nigeria is moving forward.
Reforms are taking root.
Industries are returning.
And the world is taking notice.

2027 will not be about loud voices; it will be about visible results.
It will not be about propaganda; it will be about performance.
Critics may shout until election day, but shouting is not a manifesto.

In the end, history will remember those who built, not those who wailed.

Today, President Tinubu stands firmly on the side of nation building, while his critics stand on the side of noise making.
