Hon. Omoluabi Bode Adeyemi, Special Adviser to the Kogi State Governor on Energy Matters and Chairman of the Special Advisers’ Forum, has extended warm birthday wishes to the renowned Prof. Olusegun Balogun, an accomplished Professor of Crop Production and former Director of the Sugarcane Research Institute at the University of Ilorin.
