  • Describes his emergence as divine call to the service of humanity.

The chairman of Nasser Ahmed for Tinubu/Shettima presidential support group, Barr. Nasser Ahmed has congratulated the governor of Kogi State, Alhaji Yahaya Bello on the seventh year anniversary of his administration.

Barrister Ahmed, in a congratulatory message, said Governor Bello’s emergence as the fourth democratically elected governor of Kogi state was a divine call to the service of humanity.

Ahmed, who holds the traditional title of Dan Darman Lokoja, said this in a statement in Abuja on Friday.

He described Governor Bello as a man of destiny, adding that besides other qualities of leadership, destiny remains a chief catalyst in the enthronement of a leader.

The statement read in part:

”I congratulate his Excellency the governor and the good people of Kogi state. His excellency, my governor, is a man of destiny. In life, we all dance to the music of destiny. God destined his Excellency for this throne seven years ago but you would agree with me that despite his huge experience as a trained accountant, it was destiny that chiefly played out for him. I am happy for his Excellency.”

Barr. Nasser who thanked the New Direction Governor for the commissioning of his legacy projects and achievements in education, security, healthcare and infrastructure noted that governor Bello has worked hard to unite the people of the state across tribal inclinations.

”I am not only felicitating with His Excellency, Governor Bello for his seven years journey in the office, but I am also very grateful to God on his behalf for the works he has done within the years under review. He has put Kogi state healthcare service on a global map. What else would I say about the Ganaja Flyover and other infrastructural provisions that the state has recorded under his watch,” Barr. Nasser said.

Barr. Nasser is a chieftain of All Progressives Congress, APC, and a core supporter of Tinubu/Shettima mandate.
