Fancy Media Team (FMT) has continued to get kudos and commendations from social media users and blog readers within and outside Kogi State about the group’s activities.
Most of those who reacted to the manner the group continues to churn out content and information said the group has illuminated the activities of the APC governorship candidate for the November 11 election and the achievements of Governor Yahaya Bello’s administration.
Those who reacted to the team’s activities described it as exhilarating and urged those behind it to continue to sustain the tempo.
Mr Adewale Onifade, a resident of Lokoja, the Kogi State capital said he had always waited for the team’s offering on subjects that concern the state government and Alhaji Ahmed Ododo’s Campaign and he is never disappointed as they ensure they throw more light on issues despite always being timely.
Mallam Abdulazeez Umar, one of the group’s followers on social media, urged the team to continue to be pacesetters as they have been and expressed the hope that they would be retained to continue to serve the government of Alhaji Ododo when God gives him victory.
An Abuja-based journalist who has followed the team’s activities since it came into existence said there is always professional touch to their content, and expressed suspicion that some opinion writers, political analyst and journalists who do not want their identities revealed may have been behind it.
He however expressed gladness about the manner of presentation of their contents, saying their news stories and other contents are always devoid of controversy and propaganda, even though they are purely partisan and act as media support group for Alhaji Usman Ahmed Ododo and APC.
When our reporter reached out to one of the brains behind the group, the source admitted off the record that some of the best media brains in Kogi State are part of the team, but refused to reveal their identity.
Our reporter noted that respondents expressed confidence in the ways and manner the team reports event and hoped that the incoming government consider them in their campaign activities and as well in the next dispensation for prompt response to events and happenings around Kogi politics and beyond.
