2019 Assembly Race: APC May Lose Mopamuro

he moves by some persons in Mopamuro APC may lead to the party losing the Assembly seat in 2019.

The All Progressives Congress (APC) should respect the rotational traditions and culture as done by other political parties, because the masses are aware of the rotation and they will decide in favour of the rotation by 2019.

The Officials of the New Direction Administration and APC Stakeholders which will be held responsible if APC loses the Assembly to opposition are;

Hon. Obaro Pedro, Hon. John Anjorin (JP), Hon. Moses Sunday David (Alumo), Hon. Henry T. Abimbola and Hon. Charles Omoyele.

Others are Hon. (Mrs.) Bolanle Ampitan, Hon. M.D. Eseyin, Hon. Kingsley Fanwo, Hon. Sunday Ishola (Taku), Hon. Alaiyemola Mayowa and Hon. (Mrs.) Kenechi Ajayi

It should be noted that personalities and dignitaries in Amuro met over a week ago under the auspices of Amuro Community Development Society (ACDS) and ratified that Amuro doesn’t want Assembly.

Apart from Government Officials and APC Stakeholders from Amuro in the names mentioned above who were part of the meeting, major political parties like APC, PDP and SDP had representatives there, hence the PDP and other parties shifted their Assembly candidates to Mopa.

President and Vice President of ACDS, Mr. David Agunbiade and Mr. Funsho Omokore respectively, prevailed over the meeting.

Political heavy weights and decision makers of Amuro were part of the meeting and Amuro Traditional Council was duly represented in the decision making.

A delegation was also appointed to meet with the government of the day and plans are on top gear for the meeting.
