‘You are Youthful, Disciplined, Well Equipped for the Job’, Okehi LG Chairman Welcomes Newly Appointed Secretary

Caretaker Chairman of Okehi local government area of Kogi State, Hon. Amoka Monday Eneji, has described the new council secretary, Mathew James Omeiza, as a disciplined youth who is well equipped for the job.

Amoka made this known when the newly appointed council secretary visited him on resumption of work on Friday.

Mr Mathew Omeiza, popularly known as Spreading, who was joined by Hon. Murktar Atimah, Hon. A.A. Okene, and Hon. Diet, was filled with excitement and vigour while presenting himself to the Chairman.

“Honourable Sir, the rationale behind my recent appointment to serve as a scribe in my local government drilled my curiosity to present myself before you, for blessing and leadership counsel ahead of my inauguration,” Hon. Spreading hinted.

“I am also prepared to synergize your wealth of leadership experience and stewardship for the attainment of a digital in Okehi of our dream and to commit my loyalty to your political adventures capable of bolstering APC across every household in Okehi Local Government.

Hon. Amoka, in his response, acknowledged the sense of discipline being expressed by the appointed Ag. Secretary to Okehi Local Government, adding that every bit of his words signifies his moral upbringing, even as he can see a team playing traits in him.

He encouraged him to ensure he serve on the path of productive service in his new office, even as he assured him of assigning responsibilities entitled to his office without insubordination.

“Mr Mathew, I welcome you to Okehi Local Government and can’t wait to see you giving your best among other cabinet members in Okehi Local Government to retain our rating as the best performing Local Government in Kogi State across all boards under my predecessor, Hon. Abdulraheem Ozovehe Ohiare.

“Okehi shall not be subjugated by bad leadership syndromes during our time, so, high commitment is required from every one of us as we head to work together,” he said.
