The Rector of Kogi State Polytechnic, Lokoja, Prof. Salisu Ogbo Usman has described Senator Abubakar Ohere as an inspiration to many.
In a message on Sunday, Prof Usman congratulated Senator Ohere, an engineer, on the occasion of his birthday celebration.
He stated that the Senator has always displays a strong character of a detribalised personality. He further described Engineer Ohere as someone who chooses merit over tribal or religious affinity.
Prof. Usman appreciated the celebrant for his invaluable contributions to the development and advancement of Kogi State in various offices he occupied, particularly as Commissioner and Senator representing Kogi Central.
The Rector prayed God Almighty in His infinite mercy to continue to grant Engineer Ohere the needed wisdom, knowledge and understanding and good health.
