Kogi State Deputy Governor, Yomi Awoniyi, has congratulated Senator Tunde Ogbeha, CON, Chairman of Confluence Cable Network, for attaining the age of sixty seven years on 1st September, 2014.
Awoniyi described the first Military Governor of Akwa Ibom and old Bendel State as a tested leader whose positive disposition to life has made him a patriot.
The Deputy Governor, recalled the two term tenure of Senator Tunde Ogbeha at the National Assembly was one that was eventful, as it positively impacted the western Senatorial District of the State.
Awoniyi in his message of felicitation signed by his Chief Press Secretary, Abu Micheal, equally acknowledged the exemplary leadership of Senator Ogbeha, of the Peoples Democratic Party in the Western Senatorial District and Lokoja LGA in particular.
He commended him for his role in ensuring peace and stability first as a military officer and now as a politician.
The Deputy Governor, prayed God to continue to grant the Senator divine strength, good health, long life and prosperity, and urged him to sustain his devotion of time and energy to the service of humanity as he has done in the years past.
The Deputy Governor congratulated the Senator also on the anniversary of the Confluence Cable Network, Operators of the Grace FM and CTV for successfully contributing to the socio- economic development of the state in the last seven and six years respectively.
He described Senator Ogbeha who is Chairman of CCN as a trail blaizer in private broadcasting enterprise in Kogi state.
He wished the organization and its management more rewarding years of service to the state and the nation in general in the years ahead.
