The Transition Caretaker Chairman Ijumu local government area, Alhaji Ibrahim Haruna, has described former Governor of Kogi State, Alhaji Yahaya Adoza Bello, as the symbol of unity and Kogi Agenda.

In a congratulatory message he personally signed and made available to the newsmen on Tuesday to commemorate the former Governor’s 49th birthday, Alhaji Haruna also described Alhaji Yahaya Adoza Bello as a patriotic Kogi leader who defied partisan borders and embraced statesmanship in his sundry contributions to the development of the state.

The Caretaker Chairman, who acknowledged the Ex-Governor as a fine administrator, noted that his exploits when he was Governor of the Confluence State left a pleasing taste of development and impact.

He hailed the former Governor’s suitable guidance for effective leadership and good governance.

While describing Alhaji Yahaya Bello as thoroughbred politician who connect easily with the people, Alhaji Haruna said the former Governor is also well respected for always speaking truth to power.

“We celebrate a distinguished leader, former Governor Yahaya Adoza Bello today and remain thankful for his undying love for our dear state as well as his support for the administration of his Excellency Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo.

“On behalf of my myself, my family, the Government and good people of Ijumu Local Government Area, I congratulate Alhaji Yahaya Adoza Bello on his birthday, and pray that the Almighty God grant him many years in good health and undiluted joy,” he said.
