Former Governor of Kogi State, Alhaji Yahaya Bello, has expressed deep sorrow at the unexpected demise of former House of Representatives member, Hon. Mohammed Ibrahim Idris, who tragically passed away on Wednesday.
Late Mohammed Idris, who served as the representative for Olamaboro, Ankpa, and Omala Federal Constituency from to 2011 to 2015, was the son of former Kogi State Governor, Alhaji Ibrahim Idris.
Bello fondly remembered the late lawmaker as a progressive politician and a proud ambassador of the state, who navigated the political landscape with fairness and integrity.
