House of Representative hopeful, Henry Abimbola has pledged to work round the clock to ensure Yagba Federal constituency gets what it deserves from the centre.
Abimbola made this known in Abuja on Saturday after obtaining the All Progressives Congress (APC) letter of intent and nomination forms.
The aspirant stated that his ambition is driven by passion to serve his people.
He vowed to leave no stone unturned in his bid to re-position the Federal constituency. Abimbola noted that he will collaborate with the executive arm of government at both state and federal levels to attract the much needed infrastructural development.
He was accompanied to the National APC Secretariat, Abuja by party loyalists, supporters and well wishers. APC party chairmen of the three local government areas of Yagba Federal constituency: Hon. Charles Omoyele of Mopamuro, Hon. Kehinde Atteh of Yagba East and Major David of Yagba West. The Chairman Elders Advisory Council of Mopamuro local government, Hon Olubunmi led party officials across the three local government of Yagba to Abuja.
Amongst other party stalwarts that followed the aspirant were, Mrs. Bolanle Amupitan, Kogi State Commissioner for Women Affairs; Hon. M. D. Eseyin, the Special Adviser on Youth, Sport and Students Affairs; Hon. Sunday David, Hon. Olamide Adesoro, Hon. Kenechi Ajayi and other appointees from Yagba.
The numbers of people across the local government of Yagba federal constituency who mobilized themselves despite plea by the aspirant that people should save themselves of the hassles of making the journey to Abuja to witness the event is a testimony to the acceptability of Henry T. Abimbola and the ‘Itesiwaju Yagba’ brand.
Two APC House of Assembly aspirants, Hon. Ademola Bello of Mopamuro and Hon. Toba Adebayo of Yagba West were on ground to show solidarity with Henry Abimbola.
The impeccable track records of Henry Abimbola in humanitarian services and support for the party have made his name a household name in Yagba federal constituency.
