According to the WHO programme coordinator, Ademu Hello who disclosed this to Nigerian Pilot in Lokoja yesterday, the vaccination will take place between 17 and 26 of this month.
Stressing that the exercise only covers one-29 years old people, Bello noted that the immunisation cleared the concern for the period of 10years.
Explaining further, he said the immunisation exercise would commence simultaneously in the 21 local government areas of the state, adding that the vaccines were given to the people freely.
On their preparation for successful outing, the WHO MenAfriVac vaccine consultant said necessary human resources had been trained for the programme, and the community leaders were also informed to sensitise the people to that effect.
