The Chief Executive Officer of NesVixion Properties Ltd, Mr. Williams Agada Omale has declared that his company does not cut corners when it comes to building and construction.

He stated this during the ground breaking ceremony of Vision IV, a luxury residential project at Utako in Abuja.

Speaking through Architect Meshach Nyalaudo, he said, “This is not just another residential project, but a bold vision of modern living — delivered with integrity, innovation, and intentionality. At NesVixion Properties Limited, we don’t cut corners — we build for legacy. Every beam, block, and brick you see here reflects our unwavering commitment to quality, durability, and thoughtful living. This development is more than a housing project. It is a reflection of our core values: transparency, safety, innovation, and comfort. And we’re proud to walk you through just a few of the exceptional features that define it.”

“We’ve engineered this site with chained foundations and reinforced structures, ensuring long-term stability, even on elevated terrain. That’s structural integrity you can trust for generations. At the core of our quality assurance is expert supervision: with a team of several COREN-certified engineers and architects we are covered with a great wealth of experienced professionals, who are stationed on-site every single day, ensuring that no detail — however small — goes unnoticed.”

In a brief speech before laying the foundation at the ground breaking ceremony, the representative of the Development Control of the Federal Capital Administration (FCDA), Engr. Umar Mohammed, commended the company for always sticking to standards and complying with all rules and regulations of the FCDA before embarking on their projects. He also thanked the management and staff of the company for upholding the tenets of the building profession.

On the mode of payment for potential subscribers to the residential project, the Legal Representative of the Company, Perpetual Godfrey, explained that those who choose to subscribe at the construction stage will get a discount compared to those who prefer to wait till the end of the project. She said the residential project is a block of luxurious apartments with state of the art facilities.

Several dignitaries and organizations were on ground to witness the epoch-making ceremony, including Major Gen. Johnson Ochaga (rtd), Engr. Umar Mohammed of the FCDA, representative of the Federal Mortgage bank of Nigeria, site engineers of the project as well as staff and management of the host company.
