We Are Working Hard to Redefine the Concept of Service Delivery – Awoniyi

The present administration in Kogi State says it is working hard to redefine the concept of service delivery different from what was obtainable in the past.

Kogi State Deputy Governor, Yomi Awoniyi, stated this when members of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP Ward 05 in Ejuku, Yagba East LGA), visited him in his office in Lokoja.

Awoniyi, explained that despite the paucity of funds, the administration has made significant progress as a result of prudent management of resources.

Awoniyi, assured that the PDP administration in the State under the leadership of Governor Idris Wada, will strive hard to deliver dividends of democracy to the people of the State.

Aside the completion of all inherited projects, new ones that are having direct bearing on the lives of the people he noted have been initiated,completed while some are on-going.

The Deputy Governor disclosed that he is happy that the party in Ejuku Ward 05 is still intact, despite the repositioning the party has undergone in recent times.

The Deputy Governor expressed confidence that the party still has quality men that will make impact in future election from the Ward.

The Deputy Governor, who said the doors of the party remains open to defectors, said he is however optimistic that those who left will still return to the party.

In their remarks at the occasion, the spokesperson of the Peoples Democratic Party in Ejuku, Ward (05) in Yagba East Local Government Area of Kogi State, Alhaji Abdulkadir Mohammed, said they are proud to be identified with the style of governance of Capt. Idris Wada.

The Ward commended the State Governor for promoting fairness, equity and justice in the distribution of the State resources.

While thanking the Governor for appointing their sons into key positions in his administration, they assured him of their unflinching support and loyalty.

The people commended Yomi Awoniyi for his support to the purposeful and result oriented administration of Capt. Idris Wada.
