…Describes Him As A Pride Of Kogi State On Account of His Stewardship
Rep. Abdullahi Ibrahim Ali Halims of Ankpa, Omala and Olamaboro Federal Constituency of Kogi State has been described as the pride of Kogi State by the Kogi East Forum Of Senior Special Assistant(SSA)s to the Executive Governor of Kogi State, His Excellency Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo.
The Forum, led by its Chairman, Hon. (Dr) Aminu Atabo who doubles as the Senior Special Assistant to Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo on Political Sensitisation and Informal Education revealed that they took a vivid account of Rep Abdullahi Ibrahim Halims’ political trajectory since he ventured into politics and found him worthy of their strategic partnership stressing that the people’s representative is a pride to note just his federal constituency but the entire people of Kogi State.
In response, Rt. Hon. Halims who beyond representing Ankpa Federal Constituency is the serving and first ever Principal Officer of the National Assembly from Kogi State thanked his visitors for the thoughtful hand of fellowship and assured them of his willingness to revere, preserve and ensure a long lasting relationship with them.
Furthermore, the Deputy House Leader extolled the due diligence, reward of loyalty and foresight of His Excellency the Executive Governor of Kogi State, Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo that led to their various appointments as he urged them to be good ambassadors of the State in order to ease the Governor’s desire to consolidate on the numerous gains of the previous administration.
Speaking, the Senior Special Assistant to Kogi State Governor on Youth Association and Registration, Comrade Emmanuel Maximilian Tashillani noted that by virtue of his office which gives him a first hand knowledge of the strength of the over 1.2million Kogi youths under the auspice of about twelve thousand association is particularly impressed by the commendations of Rep. Halims in diverse political scorecards adding that he is proud to identify with him.
Earlier in their separate remarks, the Senior Special Assistants to the Governor on Women Empowerment and Community Service, Hon Joy Odaudu and Hon. Adejo Sam. Odiniya, respectively hailed the performance of Rep. Halims as a fast rising profile that will take years to counterfeit especially his numerous women empowerment and socioeconomic development programs which has direct bearing on the livelihood of the people.
Present at the meeting were Hon Arome Alfa, Hon Halima Wada and Hon Ekeyi Yusuf from Omala, Dekina and Ofu LGAs. The powerful delegation also had Hon Vincent Omachonu, Barr Agada Hassan, and Hon Adamu Sulaiman from Ibaji, Olamaboro and Dekina LGAs respectively in attendance. Others were Hon Dauda Attai, Chief James Baba, and Hon Jimaza Felicia from Igalamela, Omala and Bassa LGAs respectively.
