Kogi State Governor Idris Wada has appointed Alhaji Nasiru Yunusa as his new chief of staff.
This was contained in a statement issued by the governor’s Special Adviser on Media and Strategy, Mr. Jacob Edi.
According to the statement, Alhaji Yunusa, a pharmacist, was until his appointment, Special Adviser to the Governor on Millennium Development Goals(MDG).#

The statement added that the former Chief of Staff, Mr. Joseph Daniel, has been redeployed as Special Adviser to the Governor on International Relations, Research and Development.
“Also Alhaji Haliru Alih Abdul has been appointed as Special Adviser on Millennium Development Goals (MDGs),” the statement said.
The statement stated that all the appointments took immediate effect.
