Kogi State VoteNotFight Coordinator, Comrade Umar Dan’Assabe Muhammed, has called on the newly appointed Chief of Staff to Kogi State Governor Yahaya Adoza Bello, Mr. Edward Onoja to see his appointment as a litmus test.
Dan’Assabe made this call in his congratulatory message sent to Kogireports.
In his message, he stated that Onoja’s appointment is no doubt a pointer that he has distinguished himself among the crowd of young people in Kogi State.
“However, we have seen a lot of young people given opportunity to grow as a result of their impeccable antecedent and yet put us down as young people. This appointment is a litmus test and an avenue to also extend your hands of fellowship to other young people by helping them up”, he stressed.
“This is an opportunity for you to clearly paint us in good light that we as young people also have the knowledge, experience, skill, intellect and above all innovation to drive leadership and governance in all spheres. All our mandates rest on you now to ably represent us and set a tone for young people in political participation.
