It is more interesting that our generation is moving from the idealism materialism to a kind of realism school of thought. Though am not among the media supporters of Dr Victor Alewo Adoji but am privileged to know some privy information concerned his humane dispositions to the growth and development of Igala Nation. Posterity will not forgive me if i opted to be silence on this issue of stewardship.
I have worked with Victor Adoji closely for almost twenty years and we have discussed severally on issue of empowerment particularly in Kogi East and Kogi State at large.
On the issue of employment in Zenith Bank, like any other new generation banks Zenith Bank has an employment ethics and the requirements has been First Class degree and Distinction from Polytechnics as at then but I don’t know of present requirements. Unfortunately, whenever an opportunity comes, most first class product of Igala extraction could not measure up with their contemporaries during an aptitude test or interview session. He further told me that some Igala graduates with second class degrees performed better off to those with first class from his personal assessment hence he indulged in capacity building of young Igala people to embarked on further studies.
As we speak, several illustrious sons and daughters of Igala extraction has been assisted directly or indirectly in full and in part to further their studies.
Through this young man, I have assisted several less privileged in payment of School fees, hospital bills and provision of shelters in times of need.
You may confirm some of my submission in a visit to any of the Doctor at Diagnostics and Reference Hospital Anyigba.
You may also asked the members of Ogugu Ofante Catholic Community when the Church was chattered and scattered by rainstorm some years back.
You may also ask members of Project Igala Education Committee.
His closeness with Hajia Salamatu Baiwa also help to influence reasonable numbers of Igala people to secure job too.
I heard of an Igala lady currently working at CBN through his influence.
Several widows and orphanages are not left out in his philanthropic ideology.
Though in my understanding  of life, whatever is going to be no man born of a woman can stop it and whatever is not gonna be can never be no matter what. Let us believe that the Supremacy of our actions and inaction is determine by God Almighty.
We are all one let us devoid our submission from discrediting one for the other.
Thank you all.
