We see solutions while others see destruction. The recent arson of a basic education facility billed for inauguration by criminals is not only heart breaking but draw tears to the eyes.
The school serves and is designed to serve low income earners and people in a cycle it is designed to lift up and make better for a great future. This act has drawn back a number of helpless young minds and a major setback to their future. It is inhuman and really unfair not just to those the facility serves, but what they stand for in the future.
We condemn this totally and call every well meaning Kogites to step forward in total condemnation either by volunteering information to relevant agencies or speaking out till the nagging voice of the conscience of the perpetrators is awakened.
In the meantime, our sincere love and prayers go to the direct beneficiaries of this facility, who have been thrown out in the cold and left out with many questions about their offences to deserve this setback. Know this, you are not alone, in our hearts and prayers we have made you a home, together we shall rally round to get solutions and by all means possible win your hearts, knowing we too were once from the lows rising with the confidence that the futureย will be secured.
