The proprietress of Freedom Faith Academy Secondary School Lokoja, Mrs Margaret Ibenu has called on students to be decisive in making their early years count.
Mrs Ibenu, who spoke on the ‘value of morning time’ at the 2025 graduation ceremony of the school in Lokoja, advised the students to use this time to prepare for the afternoon and the evening seasons of their lives.
The Board Chairman of Freedom Faith Academy Secondary School, Lokoja and General Overseer, Chapel of Freedom International Churches, Bishop John Ibenu said time is the most precious and most costly commodity.
Dr Ibenu, who spoke on understanding the value of time, urged people to invest time wisely, stressing that today or the present is the womb that carries the future.
According to him, time is such a mysterious finite resource that cannot be created, replaced or recovered once it is used up either for good or bad and whether profitable.

Bishop Ibenu advised people to plan their day, prioritize their tasks based on vision, create a schedule that will produce desired result.
He called on parents to put God first. Quoting from Matthew 6:33, he said effective time management bring good results in life.
The Director of school and principal of the freedom faith academy, Sir James Achor said the school has produced several sets of well trained and discipline students between 2012 and 2024.
Sir James noted that the institution has instilled the fear of God in the students, saying that the school have members of staff that are competent and imbibe the nature of self discipline and integrity.
Principal noted that thirty one students sat for this year JAMB, only two students scored 190 and 199, the rest students scored above 200 calling on parents, guardians who desire to give their children sound and qualitative education coupled with discipline to bring them to freedom faith academy.
According to him, the school implement the national curriculum and provides a broad based education of an international standard to meet the need of dynamic world.
Earlier, the PTA chairman of the school, Mr Aaron Okeme expressed profound appreciation to the Board chairman and the wife, Mrs Margaret Ibenu for their contribution toward the growth of the school.
Also the Head boy of the school, Joel Kelvin, thanked the teachers, parents and management of the school, saying it has contributed greatly to the educational development in Kogi state and Nigeria in general.
Highlights of the programme was presentation of awards and gifts by Margret Ibenu Foundation.
