The candidate of Accord Party in the last House of Representatives election in Yagba Federal constituency, Hon. Abdulganiyu Salaudeen (Erukutu) has reiterated his determination to retrieve his stolen mandate from Hon Sunday Karimi through the tribunal sitting in Lokoja.

In a statement made available to newsmen by u can say it is a press release his Director of Media and Publicity, Mr. Sule Iroko, Erukutu debunked rumours going round that he has been ‘settled’ by a PDP leader, Chief Jide Omokore, to stop his petition at the on-going tribunal against Karimi.

“I want to state clearly that I have nothing to do with Omokore and his cohorts. The lies emanating from their camp that I have been bribed is a glaring sign that they are afraid that the sins they committed against the good people of Yagbaland in the last national assembly election will soon be exposed at the tribunal”, the statement reads.

“I call on my teeming supporters to remain steadfast as our victory at the tribunal is as sure as the rising of the sun every morning. Their mischief and falsehood cannot deter us from retrieving our stolen mandate. Their manipulations are well known to good sons and daughters of yagbaland”

Erukutu has since filed his petition challenging the declaration of Sunday Karimi as winner of the March 28 House of Representatives election in Yagba Federal Constituency.
