According to victor Hugo “No force on earth can stop an idea whose time has come”

The 2023 presidential election has come and gone with the declaration of the Winner; His Excellency Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu as the President Elect, and His vice Senator Kashim Shettima.

Although the dispute over the legitmacy and legality of the election has continue to generate uproar since the declaration of the president elect. It has been argued over the years that there is no perfect election be it in America where democracy was exported to other Nations of the world, Europe or Asia. The losers will always find a way to discredit the outcome who is not in their favor.

For instance, 60 million Republicans deny Joe Biden’s victory as American President. Note that In an Economist-YouGov poll, 78 percent of President Trump’s voters claimed that the presidential election was unfair, while 75 percent believed that the transition process should not begin and 79 percent said Trump should not concede. The president welcomes this belief and pressures local officials to reverse the outcome.

With stop the steal protest, similarly, The European crisis of legitmacy stems from ” governing by rules and ruling by numbers’ in the sovereign debt crisis, which played havoc with the eurozone economy that fueled political discontent. Meanwhile in Asia, the legitmacy crisis was the result of several and political reforms made by the communist party of china, effort was made to salvage the china reputation after the socialist policies and populist leadership of Mao Zedong has left the chinese economy poor in the 60s and 70s.

The attempt by the losers of the 2023 presidential election to discredit the credibility of the Popular mandate freely given by the Nigerian people to Asiwaju Ahmed Bola Tinubu should be seen as a matter of opinion which they are entitled to. However,
It is an incontrovertible fact, that the 2023 presidential election is the best in the history of Nigeria elections from first republic to date. Though there are few hitches but the hitches are not enough ground to call for the cancellation of the presidential election. Those calling for the annulment should not be taken seriously as they lack the knowledge of history that 1993 is different from 2023 because the “Hope 93″ election was annuled before the announcement and pronoucement of the outcome. in the case of Asiwaju and Shettima result has been declared, with certificate of returns collected and the results are already been challenged by all agrieved persons involved. The reality is that no one can ” Abort a baby after it has been born” the Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu has come to stay and no one can stop the inauguration on the 29thof May 2023, except the court proves otherwise. It is the fundamental right of Those seeking for permit to protest in America or else where to do so peacefully and orderly, the renewed hope is here and For a sovereign nation like ours, we are no longer thinking of what America can do for us but we can do for America. Knowingfully well that Africa Nigeria is the future and the Tinubu/Shettima Presidency is the linking bridge to a better and prosperous Nigeria. I appeal to all aggrieved to heed to the call of the president elect to join him in building a better Nigeria that we can all be proud of.

On Bola Tinubu/Kashim Shettima mandate we stand and there is no going back on the may 29th Inauguration.

Long Live Tinubu/Shettima!
Long Live Nigeria!!
