The supreme quality for leadership is unquestionably integrity. I am personally convinced that one person can be a change catalyst, a transformer in any situation, any organisation. Such an individual is yeast that can leaven an entire loaf. It requires vision, initiative, patience, respect, persistence, courage, and faith to be a transforming leader.
I have written a couple of articles in support of the 3rd term agenda of Senator Smart Adeyemi and I must confess many have called me challenging me why and what has he done to justify another four years in office.
Sincerely I will not blame them for such blind questions as many of them see and make use of projects executed by Senator Smart Adeyemi but never knew they are his project.
No matter your personal or pecuniary interest,sentiments or political lineage we should all learn to be progressive and to be constructive when we criticise. As the saying goes that ‘Don’t judge anyone unless you’ve walked in their moccasins one moon’. However, I guess most people of Kogi West who criticise without facts does that not deliberately. its just ignorance which came as a result of the humility of Sen Smart Adeyemi who is not used to blowing his trumpet but quietly doing projects according to his conscience. It is boldly written or stated in the holy scripture that: Let another praise you, and not your own mouth; a stranger, and not your own lips (Proverb 27:2).
The truth of the matter is, Sen Smart Adeyemi has touched virtually all communities and LGA in Kogi West senatorial district. To set the record straight and for the education of people who don’t know and want to be educated, I have taking my time to put together this article where I have highlighted some of the projects of SEN. SMART ADEYEMI, Below are some of his projects in various LGA in Kogi West Senatorial Districts:

HEALTH CARE
Health is wealth. Sen.Smart Adeyemi has facilitated through MDGs, the construction of Emergency Obstetric Care Unit, well equipped Ambulance (Bus), Supply of Medical equipment, furniture and general renovation of ECWA hospital EGBE, yagba West L.G. A.
Construction of cottage Health Center in Igbaruku Yagba East
Contruction of Health Center in Odo-Ere(abandoned as the L. G. A. Chairman wrote a letter to the senator asking him to stop work on the project)
Facilitated through MDGs; the supply of medical equipment. Beds and Beddings furniture and basic drugs to Ogidi Health centre in Ijumu L.G. A
Facilitated the proposed rehabilitation of Ife – Olukotun General Hospital for N25million.
INFRASTRUCTURES
In terms of infrastructural development, Smart Adeyemi has facilitated the construction of 30 lock- up shops in Odu-Egbe, EGBE, Yagba West L. G. A.
Construction of milti- purpose hall in Kotonkarfe, Kogi L. G. A.and. Renovation of Kabba Town hal
Commencement of work on the multi- million naira township- stadium in Kabba, Kabba/Bunu L. G.A.
Renovation of PDP Lokoja L.G.A. Secretariat
Empowerment to Dayo Musa for soap manufacturing in Aiyeteju Amuro, Mopamuro L. G. A.
ROADS
Chief S.B. Daniyan Road, Mopa, Mopamuro L. G. A.
Oba Palace Road, Isanlu, Yagba East L. G.A.
Chief Omokore Road, Isanlu, Yagba West L.G. A.
Chief Kola Jamodu Road, Odo-Ere, Yagba West L. G. A.
Chief Funsho OWOYEMI Road, Odo-Eri YAGBA west L.G. A.
Iyara Township Road, Ijumu L. G.A. (Taken over and advertised for tender by Kogi State Government.)
Facilitated the approval of N200million for the commencement of Suku-Aiyetoro road.
TRANSPORTATION
However, Transportation is not left behind as the most distinguish and ever pragmatic Kogi west senator(SSA) has also; Procured 15 cars for members of the Road Transport Workers Union in Kabba, Kabba/ Bunu L G. A. for Kabba Township Taxi Scheme,
Procured cars for numerous numbers of his followers across the Senatorial District.
Procured befitting cars to some traditional rulers before the state government intervention scheme
Bought 15 motorcycles to be distributed as empowerment to youths in Kabba.
EDUCATION
As we all know the Education is the bedrock of every society, community and or country Senator Smart Adeyemi (aka The Silent achiever). He has Facilitated the supply of furniture to;
Anglican Science Secondary School, Iyara, Ijumu L.G.A
Government Girls College Iyara, Ijumu L.G.A..
Ekinrin-Adde Baptist College, Ekinrin-Adde, Ijumu L.G.A.
Empowerment to Chrisjoe Venture for Chalk manufacturing in Isanlu, Yagba East L.G.A.
100,000 exercise books currently being printed and to be distributed free to students of the Senatorial District.
National Access School Projects (Provision of ICT, computers) for Government Day Secodnary School Takete-Ide, Titcombe College Egbe and Government Science Secodnary Koton-Karfe.
WATER SCHEME
As the matter of fact even a layman knows that Water is life. The people’s senator, the most amiable and God-fearing Senator on this planet of ours has made provision of Boreholes In the following towns:

In view of his numerous and or spectacular achievements I will call on the patriotic citizens of Kogi west to shun any form of political propaganda from the frustrated opposition, retrogressive party members and all other enemies of progress. The train for greatness is on transit. We are very close to the promise land. Let stay focus and united to vote for credibility and stability. A vote for Sen. Smart Adeyemi is a vote for the Masses. Do not be deceived by selfish and attention seeking politicians who have no foundation or an atom of idea on how to influence any change. Sen Smart Adeyemi has been tested and trusted. He has done it before and he is willing and still committed to do it again and again.
