On behalf of the people of Okene 1 Constituency, I celebrate with His Excellency Alh. Yahaya Adoza Bello, the Executive Governor of Kogi State; Her Excellency Hajia Rashidat Bello, the first lady; the government and people of Kogi State on the Alhaji Bello as the Governor of our dear Kogi State by the Supreme Court of Nigeria.
The Supreme Court ruling is a confirmation both of the perfect will of God and of the irrefutable choice of Kogi people. It also reinforces the confidence our people have in the judiciary. This is a good development for the
advancement of democracy in our nation Nigeria and Africa at large as it goes a long way to pattern true democracy for other African nations.
Transparent, accountable,Competent and Committed leadership, is the model Leadership people crave for world
over Governor Yahaya Bello is a model of this kind of leadership and this Victory shows that In the November 2015
elections, Kogi people overwhelmingly voted for APC therefore no amount of opposition can contest that mandate.
It is time for Kogi people from all political parties and all ethnic subgroups to rise up and support our God-
ordained Governor.
Let Us all rise to the faith of greatness Kogi, God bless Governor Yahaya Adoza Bello!
