The senator representing Kogi Central Senatorial District at the upper chamber of the national assembly, Senator Ahmed Ogembe has congratulated the executive governor of Kogi State Alh. Yahaya Bello, over his victory at the Supreme Court.
In a statement by his media assistant, Adetayo Opeyemi, the senator described the victory of the governor as confirmation of God’s given mandate which should be accepted by all in good faith.
The senator, therefore, called on politicians in the state to close ranks and work with the governor in the interest of the state; just as the governor had earlier extended his hands of fellowship to the other contenders in his victory speech.
He prayed God to grant the governor the needed wisdom to pilot the affairs of the state to an enviable height.
