Sunday Bala Oma Foundation has congratulated former Minister of Defence, Lt. Gen. TY Danjuma, on the award conferred on him by International Human Rights Commission (IHRC) in Zurich, Switzerland.
In statement issued on Sunday, the foundation described the award as befitting.
The statement signed by Sunday Bala, on behalf of the registered trustees and staff of the foundation, said; “Dad, we are not surprised at this prestigious honour bestowed on you, for your humanitarian services over the years across Africa.
“Our heart cry is that may God grant you many more years of accomplishment, to leave behind more indelible landmarks for our generation and generations yet unborn.
“Once again, congratulations world class general of high repute.”
