The Senator representing Kogi Central Senatorial District, Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan, has extended heartfelt condolences to the family of the late Elder Abdullahi Shaibu Boko, the Geregu Community, and members of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Ajaokuta Local Government Area of Kogi State.
In a condolence message dated February 28, 2026, the federal lawmaker described the deceased as a devoted community leader and elder statesman whose life was marked by unwavering dedication to family and service to humanity.
Elder Abdullahi Shaibu Boko was the father of the Ajaokuta LGA PDP Chairman, Mr. Abdullahi Ibrahim Bala.
According to the senator, the late elder’s passing is a significant loss not only to his immediate family but to the entire Ajaokuta Local Government Area.
“I write to express my heartfelt condolences on the passing of our beloved father and elder statesman, Abdullahi Shaibu Boko,” she stated. “Elder Abdullahi Shaibu Boko’s dedication and service to our community were steadfast and remarkable.”
She noted that the deceased’s commitment to the people of Geregu Community remained exemplary throughout his lifetime, adding that his wisdom, experience, and contributions to community development would continue to inspire future generations.
“His absence will be felt deeply across Ajaokuta LGA. Elder Boko’s wisdom, experience, and contribution to community development were inspiring, and his legacy will continue to guide us all,” the senator added.
Senator Natasha is Akpoti-Uduaghan urged the bereaved family and party faithful to draw strength from the impactful life the late elder lived, while praying for divine comfort and fortitude for all affected by the loss.
“As we continue to honour his memory, let us also take solace in the exemplary life he lived. I pray that God grants him eternal rest and peace. May his legacy strengthen our resolve and commitment to the values he upheld,” she said.
She further assured the family, the PDP Chairman, party members, and the Geregu community of her thoughts and prayers during the difficult period.
“To his beautiful family, our beloved Chairman, PDP members and the Geregu community, please know that my thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time. May God grant you the strength and fortitude to bear this irreplaceable loss,” she concluded.
