Senator Dino Melaye seems to be a political project and headache to some Kogi government appointees and All Progressives Congress (APC) supporters in Kogi East, Central and some microscopic few selfish individuals in West.
While the non Kogi Westerners leave their own Senators/ representatives to peace, they made Senator Dino Melaye (SDM) a project.
They said Dino hasn’t done anything, he’s not popular to win any election, yet they are not resting over somebody they considered as irrelevant. What a pity!
Every platform you go, Sen Dino is the subject of discussion.
Even at mid night, they’re are social media discussing SDM as if he’s the only Senator representing the whole Kogi State.
For us, if we feel somebody is not politically relevant, he’s nobody as they claim, we won’t even bother our selves discussing and burning our data, money day and night over him. For what?
Nightmare everywhere just because of one man. They’ve made series of attempt to rest him by all crude means, God failed them.
One political virgin from Kogi East senatorial district even gave ‘June deadline’ to eliminate him, God failed him and disgraced his boast.
They orchestrate useless recall with heavy millions of tax payers money, the disgrace was most terrible and worse for them- (5.34%).
Sen Dino Melaye left APC for them after all there failed attempts to silence him and joined PDP, yet they’re not even sleeping.
Just over one man!
They dissipate resources, energy and time on SDM, abandoning governance and their core mandate.
Almost every government appointees were recruited to launch media attacks on him, the man SDM still soaring higher politically. What a miracle God!
SDM has popularly called is an epitome success, progress and developmental politics if not he wouldn’t a subject of discussion everywhere on daily basis including inside Lugard house.
Torrential attacks on him by detractors is unprecedented.
His name is a qualification to receive big political appointment in GYB government. Insult SDM and get one portfolio with a brand new car.
Would I even talk about social media supporters and government cyber rodents who throw tantrums on per seconds basis, blackmail, insults and rollout spurious media noise against his person? Yet, they claim SDM is not the man of the people. They haven’t won any political war against him since their launch, yet they refuse to respect his political sagacity.
Dinoism is a household name in the Nigerian political chemistry.
Both high and low in the government turned into government mouthpiece and attack dogs just because of Kogi West Senator.
“Whom God has made, no mortal can destroy”
To the glory of God, SDM have attracted over 149 visible projects to Kogi West, completed and commissioned, those challenging him have not shown Kogites any single projects despite huge resources they have collected from FG.
They sat on Local Government funds and mismanage it as if Kogi is cursed, yet no sign of repentance.
Instead they’re still secretly looking for more billions to borrow, while the state remain unfortunate in terms of development, good living and welfare of civil servants and ageing pensioners.
Going to three years now, no LGA election, they appointed illiterates and most incompetent characters as sole administrators while the grass root development remain standstill at the expense of the masses.
Even some aspirants have for almost two years now have been spending money for campaign, meetings, posters etc are becoming rabid, derailing and begin to constitute nuisance to the society with recent development as seen.
They are afraid to challenge the govt who has placed illegality above legality, but resulted into nuisance attack on distinguished Sen Dino Melaye who have remained in fore front of challenging the Kogi state govt legally to do the right thing by conducting local government election.
Shall we call the recent nuisancestic display by one them in the video as loyalty or kindergarten stupidity?
Time will tell!
As a wake up call, why not dissipate the energy, time and huge resources used in fighting Sen Dino Melaye (Kogi West, PDP) to fight, poverty, hunger, unprecedented unemployment, insecurity, infrastructural decay, salary and pension debts which this govt has been known for across the country?
