Senator Aidoko Donates N1m to ICDA, Tasks Body on Cultural Revival

Senator Atai Aidoko Ali, representing Kogi East, has advised that all hands must be on deck to ensure the survival, revival and rejuvenation of the Igala Cultural Development Association (ICDA).
Aidoko dropped this hint in his office after making a donation of one million Naira ‎to the cultural body towards the success of the forthcoming cultural day billed to hold in Igala House, Anyigba.
Senator Aidoko stated that the collective efforts of the prominent and well to do individuals of Igala extraction will help rejuvenate the age long image of the socio-cultural group with a view to bringing back the lost glory of the revered body.
The senator congratulated the leadership of the body ‎for a smooth transition from one executive to the other, promising to support developmental efforts of the association.
Aidoko charged the body to display transparency and commitment to the advancement of the association, saying it has a great role to play in the unification of the Igala race towards the next political dispensation.
He expressed strong conviction in this regard, stating that the Igala race is in dire need of unity, coherence, cooperation and synergy to take the race to greater heights in all sphere.
He stated that his doors are widely ‎open to discuss the welfare of the Igala race.
