The Social Democratic Party (SDP) has expressed strong belief in the party’s 2023 presidential candidate, Prince Adewole Adebayo’s vision for a greater Nigeria.
Araba Rufus Aiyenigba, National Publicity Secretary of SDP, in a statement on Saturday, celebrated Prince Adebayo on his investiture with a Doctor of Political Science (D.Pol) by the Western Delta University, Oghara, Delta State today.
The party noted that the well-deserved award is in recognition of Prince Adewole Adebayo’s remarkable contributions to national development as an accomplished international lawyer, respected national political figure, esteemed public intellectual, media entrepreneur, business man, philanthropist, and human capital development enthusiast.
The SDP proudly applauded his generosity of donating a legacy project of a postgraduate building in the name of his father and mother-in-law, Macualay, and Margaret Omugbe Postgraduate Block to the Western Delta University, Oghara, Delta State.
“It is the hope of the Party that his creative solutions towards national transformation, economic revatilization, national and human security, peace, and sustainable national development will soon find expression.
“His commitment to banishing poverty from Nigeria and the attainment of the greatest good for the greatest number is greatly acclaimed nationally and globally,” the statement added.
