As the holy month of Ramadan comes to a close to overcome way for sallah celebration world over, member representing Ankpa 2 constituency at the Kogi state house of assembly, Hon Alhaji Alfa Momoh Rabiu has urged leaders at all levels to make necessary sacrifice that will enhance unity and national cooperation.
According to the state lawmaker, having gone through a month of spiritual purification, the period of sallah is an opportunity to show love and compassion which are requisite to unity and especially to the less privileged.
In his Sallah message which was made available, Hon Rabiu urged Kogi Muslim faithful and Nigerians in general to view the Sallah celebration as a call for love, care and promotion of peace in line with the teachings of Prophet Muhammad (SAW) as practiced throughout the Holy month.
He further called for cooperation among relevant stakeholders who are key players to the nations development promising never to relent in giving his all to “executive-legislature” work frame for economic growth and development.
The lawmaker finally wished Kogites and Nigerians a peaceful Eid-el-Kabir celebration even as he stressed his unflinching commitments to championing causes that shall translate into a better life for the good people of Ojoku and Enjema districts in Ankpa local government area of Kogi state.
