Dr. Erico Joseph Ameh has extended his heartfelt congratulations to the chief of servant of Kogi state, Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo, Muslim community, and entire citizens of the state on the occasion of 2025 Eid UL Kabir festival – a festival marked by animals sacrifice and most significant event Islam calendar.
Erico, in a Sallah felicitation message to the Governor, Muslims and non Muslim alike on Thursday explained that the season is a beckon to all Nigerians in respective of religious and creeds to reflect soberly in current predicaments for Allah’s [SWT] interaction.
The frontline politician and staunch member of the governing party, All Progressives Congress, who hailed from Olamaboro local government area admonished the celebrants to imbibe the virtues of obeying God’s ordinances, promote good neighborliness, love, sacrifice, peaceful co-habitation among other faiths, tolerance and alms giving as practiced and taught by the holy Prophet.
Erico Ameh implored the totality of citizenry to continue in their prayers and unwavering support for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Governor Ododo to enable their administrations lay solid socio -economic and Infrastructural foundations that put the country and Kogi state on the pedestal of balance and sustainable growth and development.
The security expert urged citizens to launch home grown and community policing to augment conventional security architectures to curb insecurity that have snarl up socio -economic development of the society.
“We must come together and unite to bring the ungodly and unholy works of these vermin to hunt -we can address challenges of hungry, poverty, infrastructural deficits in a secured atmosphere,” Erico reiterated.
