I know you are not on social media any more but resting at the feet of the Lord (as per my belief as a Christian) and I don’t intend to boarder you again with things of this world but to inform you that the legal tussle we started together in 2016 on the Onu/Achema Dekina, when you were a State Counsel in the Kogi State Ministry of Justice, Dekina/Bassa Zonal Office finally came to an end on the 27th day of October, 2021 with a victory to us.
I remembered how we brainstormed on the issues, the idea shared and spirit of dedication exhibited untill your painful demise. The attached picture was one taken after we discovered one loophole in the case of the Claimant and we took photographs with joy.
Your junior in office in person of S.O. Akobe, Esq, whom you left to do the case, performed excellently; he is a team player and a times I marvel at his level of maturity and intelligence.
I write this message with tears dripping down my eyes and my wife just asked me what the problem was? (I will answer her when am done!).
With all sincerity and humility, the moment judgement was delivered, myself and S.O. Akobe thought about you and expressed same immediately we came out of the courtroom.
We dedicate this victory to you! Continue to rest well at the bosom of Abraham.
