Member representing Ankpa, Omala and Olamaboro Federal Constituency of Kogi State, Hon Abdullahi Ibrahim Halims has promised to give his best representation in order to sustain the trust reposed on him and facilitate maximum human development cum infrastructure for continued development.
Hon Halims stated this during a reception program organised for constituents and stakeholders who had come from far and near to rejoice with him on his inauguration into the 10th National Assembly.
In his brief remarks at the epoch event which he described as not a speech making event, he said the essence of government is to bring positive development to the people and having been elected into the national parliament for a second time; he will use all his experience and contacts to deliver beyond the expectations of the people.
Several stakeholders who graced the occasion congratulated him on his inauguration, commended his stewardship at the ninth National Assembly, encouraged him to do more for prosperity and called on aggrieved parties to join hands with him for the development of Ankpa, Omala and Olamaboro Federal Constituency.
Among others, the representatives of Ejeh and Onu Ankpa, religious leaders, serving and former political office holders, accomplished civil servants, captains of industries and different professionals all graced the event in solidarity and felicitation with the ranking federal lawmaker.
