The gluttonic vultures, who is deceiving who?
The recognition of the shrieking noise, warping and desensitising of my peoples’ spirit no doubt kept me on the throes of a gun powder; always leaving me without choice than stint of dangerous explosion. Honestly, I am perpetually left with this grief-stricken mood each time I have to ponder on the dilemma of Okun in one hand and Kogi as a whole in the other hands in the hands of those who I best refer to as greed- ridden-gluttons and hawks that call themselves political leaders.
Without passing luxury, let me quickly crave your indulgence; correcting the direction of this pontification as to bring to bear less crises of numbers of vulnerables; especially on the youth who may fall a passive victim.
Critical in craving this indulgence on correcting certain mindset of the purveyors of a story tittled; ‘Kogi West and Gov. Bello Second Term Bid’ written by one Ayodele Adesanmi of Tribune newspaper, published on September 20, 2017.
Having critically looked into this story with all sense of modesty, spontaneous goodwill and such sense of altruistic admiration, I make bold to say this is another aforeseen gatherers of sellout. The gluttonic treasury vultures. And believe me without passive credence in its utmost relucent priority; the reputation of some of these people in the past and present
place more pointing poke on the myth, illusion and fallacy of their glitters of grandeur. At least, we have this sense
played out before, so we are not new to it.
It is crystal in the blues from all indication of this jesting gesture of this report, that the likes of Fehinti Dada, the former IJumu LGA; Arogundade Adebayo, Shuaib Ipinmisho, Sunday Olorunleke, Special Adviser to Bello on tourism and culture, state commissioner for education science and tech., Mrs Victoria Jagboro; Ade Omofaiye, the incumbent House of Assembly member representing ijumu constituency and very many other self-acclaimed dignitaries were said to be signatory to such a deluded, unfounded and unconscious ratification of Bello’s second coming in 2019 for what they referred to as an advantage that would expressly afford the Okuns undisrupted access to Lugard House, possibly in 2023 in their calculation and permutation.
It will interest you to note that no simpler fact behind this than vulgar fortune hunting. They just concluded within themselves in Ogidi; inclined to delude the entire Kogi west by susceptibly subscribing to the farce that in Ijumu, Okun and Kogi west at large they are best voice and hope that must be adore here in the district.
With precision and unfaltering devotion they glue to the ray of volcanic flare in cunning assembly to present to the Gov. that they are important.
Unfortunately, this omen is peculiar
…to be continued.
