Our attention has been drawn to the libelous story circulated within Kabba township on the person of Kogi State APC Youth Leader, Hon. Emmanuel Ayo (Arewa) alleging that he has hired a senior advocate of Nigeria (SAN) to sue Governor Yahaya Bello over the appointment of Oba Solomon Owoniyi as the new Obaro of Kabba.
The story was full of fabrication and inaccuracies. This is a deformation of character and unjust to the man whose sole aim is to support the New Direction agenda of Governor Bello.
Ordinarily, this would have been best ignored, we are however constrained to write to the public on account of the implications of the allegations on Hon. Emmanuel’s integrity, loyalty to Governor Alhaji Yahaya Bello and the New Direction government.
It is also important to reaffirm his long-standing commitment to the New Direction government and All Progressive Congress (APC).
We discredit this falsehood and deceitful claim, it is a poor judgment and a misconception in order to mislead the general public.
We therefore reaffirm our unalloyed support for the Kogi state government led by Alhaji Yahaya Adoza Bello.
