As part of the commitment of Hon. Tijani Muhammed Ozigis “TAO” to alleviate hardship for the residents of his constituency, has officially flagged off the distribution of 1,0000 50kg bags of rice across the 21 wards in Okene and Ogori-Magongo local government areas.
The distribution of the grains palliative is aimed at supporting his constituents, particularly the Muslim Ummah, as they prepare for the commencement of the holy month of Ramadan in the coming days.
In his goodwill message, the federal lawmaker stated that it’s part of his responsibility to alleviate poverty for his constituents, and he would continue to work closely with the both federal and state governments, his colleagues at the National Assembly, and all the top leaders to advocate for policies and ideas that would address the economic challenges facing the nation and improve the well-being of the masses.
“It is my sincere hope that this gesture will provide some relief and enhance the spirit of togetherness during this sacred period.
“I extend my heartfelt appreciation to my dedicated team, party representatives from various wards under our great party, All Progressives Congress (APC), and our loyal supporters for ensuring an orderly and successful event.
