The member representing Ankpa 2 constituency at the Kogi State House of Assembly, Hon. Alfa Mommoh Rabiu has commiserated with his Lokoja 2 counterpart, Hon Idris Ndako over the passing away of his elder brother, Alhaji Muhammad Abdulkadir.
In a swift condolence message Hon Rabiu described the incident as a great loss to the state and most particularly the Isegba kingdom where he holds sway as a traditional chieftaincy saying there is solace in the fact that the deceased lived a fulfilled life.
He noted that his heartfelt condolences goes to his colleague, the immediate family of the deceased, Felele community and Kogi in general. “it is a shocking exit considering the present turbulence in our polity but there is solace in knowing that he lived and died as a fulfilled man. I mourn with my colleague, the people of Faleke and Kogites in general.”
Speaking further, he prayed a peaceful transition for the repose of the dead and all faithfully departed saying at the appointed time, we shall all embark on the inevitable reality which is death.
The deceased, late Alhaji Muhammad Abdulkadir who has been buried according to Islamic rites held a traditional tittle as the Shaba of Felele for closely two decades and left behind three wives, children and grandchildren.
