I want to heartily appreciate the effort of member representing Okene/Ogori Magongo Federal Constituency, Hon. Ahmed Tijani Ozigi (TAO) for facilitating new transformers to the people of Ageva and Idoma communities who have been in darkness for nearly 3 months.
What Hon. Tijani did was so strategic that the entire people of these two communities breadth a sigh of relief immediately the transformers arrive the area. I can authoritatively say, the development result into instant increase in the socio-economic effects within 24hours of his intervention.
While the people had felt helpless believing no solution in sight, representative TAO came to their rescue, rekindle their hope and shows government can in many ways make life meaningful for it’s citizens.
Honestly, this is what we expect from government at all level whether in the executive or legislative positions, to create enable environment for the citizen to thrive especially Small and Medium Business Enterprises. For three months, business owners, petty traders, artisans and the rest whose businesses requires constant power supply languished in poverty and frustration.
The cost of running generator to power businesses was highly expensive and those who couldn’t afford generator have their businesses closed down until TAO intervention arrives.
I wish to use this medium to appreciate Hon. Ahmed Tijani Ozigi for this remarkable gesture. While we look forward for more developmental initiatives, Please kindly accept the assurances of my warm regards.
