Kogi State Police Commissioner, Alhaji Saidu Madawaki, has assured investors in the state of adequate security.
Madawaki gave the assurance in Lokoja, when members of Niger State Business and Professional Association (NICOBPA) paid him a visit.
He said the command is living up to its constitutional duty of providing adequate security to all citizens and business outfits.
He noted that Kogi, apart from being a confluence state, also shares border with ten other states.
Madawaki said the command was ready to partner any organization seeking synergy with the police to ensure safety of lives property.
Earlier, chairman of the association, Alhaji Abubakar Abdullahi, said they were in the state to seek police cooperation in its forthcoming programme, a security workshop and summit which is expected to cover Niger, Kogi, Nasarawa, Kaduna States and the Federal Capital Territory.
