Otokola, a respected member of the photography community, currently serves at Kogi State Polytechnic, Lokoja, where he has received a Distinguished Service Award in recognition of his commitment and outstanding contributions to the institution.
Having known him for several years, I can attest to his remarkable personality and professionalism.
Philip Otokola is widely regarded as a reserved, dutiful and well-behaved professional who carries himself with humility and discipline.
One of his most admirable qualities is his calm and easy-going nature; in all the years I have known him, he has remained composed and never loses his calm, even in demanding situations.
Before joining Kogi State Polytechnic, Otokola was a member of the InsideStory Media Team at the Kogi State Government House, where he demonstrated exceptional professionalism while documenting official government activities and events.
